Papers considered appropriate for this journal are reviewed anonymously. The information about the author(s) should not be included in the manuscripts. Manuscripts will be evaluated on the basis of style as well as content.

Preparation of Manuscript
In preparing manuscripts for publication in DaTEAsia, authors should follow the style and format of the 7th edition of The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA). To ensure rapid and efficient processing of their submissions, authors are advised to adhere to the following guidelines:
Document Format
Electronic documents should be sent in Microsoft Word or .RTF files. Files must not be sent in PDF format.
Title Page
Authors should submit a separate cover sheet including the title (in English and Chinese if possible) of the manuscript, full name of author(s), institutional affiliation(s), running head, and email address of the author to whom correspondence should be addressed. A short biographical note of not more than 100 words (English) or 175 characters (Chinese) should also be included.
Abstract
An abstract of not more than 200 words (English) or 350 characters (Chinese) should be included. The author is advised to also submit a translated version (into the other language) whenever possible.
Keywords
Three to five keywords or phrases should be included.
Main Text
Manuscripts should be in A4 double-spaced typescript. The length of English manuscripts should not exceed 7,000 words and while that of Chinese manuscripts should not exceed 10,000 characters.
Tables and Figures
Tables and figures should be inserted in the main text. If they have to be typed on separate sheets, the appropriate position of tables (and figures) should be indicated in the manuscript.
English Spelling Style
For manuscripts in English, please use British spelling style consistently throughout the manuscript.
